Q. How many guests can I invite?
A. 25 kids plus 1 birthday child. Kids ages 1 - 17 years olds will be counted.

A. You will be charged $12 per extra kid over the 26 allowed.

Q. Will there be someone in the party room to serve my cake and pizza?
A. YES. We will serve the children their pizza and cut and serve the cake.

Q. Can I bring my own decorations, paper products and set them up before my party?
A. We provide plates, forks, cups and napkins free of charge for the children, however, they are generic. If you would like to bring your own paper products, you may do so. If you drop them off a day before your party we will be glad to set it up for you. The following is not allowed; pinatas, confetti, streamers, strenos!

Q. What else do I need to bring?
A. Cake with Candles, party favors, water, ice, soda and paper goods for adult food.

Q. Is outside food allowed?
We allow a max of 3 large platters of adult food, fruit & vegi's don't count against your 3 platters. Additional food platters will be $10.00 each. No outside pizza, No exceptions!

Q. Is their a cleaning fee?
If it is outside of our normal clean up then their will be an additional charge.

Q. How early can I arrive before my Birthday Party?
You can arrive no earlier than 10 min. before your party schedule time.

Q. Are parents alllowed on the bouncers?
Yes, our bouncers are adult friendly. They also must wear socks.

What happens if I don't show up for my Party?
No Show's will be charged an additional $200 on top of their deposit.

A. Can I add extra time?
Extra time may be added on the last time slot on the weekends or any day during the week.

How much are deposit and are they refundable?
Deposit are $100, and $200 for parties that double book. All deposit are non-refundable, No exceptions!

Can I hold a time & date without a deposit?
You can not without a deposit. Reservations are held on a first come first serve bases.

Do you have additional parking?
We have additional parking on the side and the rear of the building. On the weekends we have both sides of the front, side of the building and both sides of the rear.
